Some of you may think this is a silly post, but when a girl watches the garbage men for the first time, that is big news at our house! Molly Kate used to look forward to Fridays when all of the trucks would come and when she heard them coming, would run to the window to watch (school buses too!). We had to make sure the blinds were raised so she could see so I guess now Anna will have her turn.

My heart always starts to race when I hear the garbage truck coming too! But that's probably related to the fact that I forget to put out the trash each week.
For whatever reason, this is a big deal out our house too....Trey will wake up from a dead sleep when he hears the garbage truck and pounds on the window until the workers wave at him! Oh, the little things that are such a big deal to them! Gotta love em!
